摘要

对11种食品综合类核心期刊进行分析,探究它们在栏目设置上存在的问题,提出发展对策,以此对《武汉轻工大学学报》的栏目设置提供启示.在大食物观理念的指导下,食品类期刊在栏目设置上需要突出自身特色、适当设置综述栏目、加大重点专题约稿力度、把握学科发展前沿,从而实现食品类期刊的发展.文章可为食品综合类期刊的栏目设置提供参考.

Abstract

This paper analyzes 11 kinds of food comprehensive core journals,probes into their existing problems in column setting,and puts forward development countermeasures,so as to provide inspiration for column setting of Journal of Wuhan Polytechnic University.Under the guidance of the Big Food Concept,food journals need to high-light their own characteristics,set up appropriate review columns,increase the intensity of key topics,and grasp the frontier of subject development in the column setting,so as to achieve the development of food journals.This paper can provide reference for the column setting of food comprehensive journals.
