基于PLC控制的食品立体仓库监控系统设计

目前国内很多副食品,如饼干、饮料等,仍然是装箱后以传统的地面堆叠方式储存,存在高新技术覆盖率较低、占地面积大、人工成本高等问题.本文以PLC控制模块为核心,设计了一种面向副食品商品储存的自动化立体仓库监控系统,对副食品的搬运、存取进行控制和管理,具有仓储能力强、空间利用率高、自动化程度高等优点,并主要探讨了立体仓库系统结构和功能,包括系统硬件、软件及监控画面等设计内容,运用昆仑通态MCGS软件制作HMI界面,为用户提供直观且操作简便的实时监控系统.模拟运行结果表明,系统具有运行平稳、HMI界面友好、简洁易操作等优点.
Design of a monitoring system for food three-dimensional warehouse based on PLC control
At present,many non-staple foods in China,such as biscuits and beverages,are still stored in traditional ground stacking methods after being boxed,which has problems such as low high-tech coverage,large land area,and high labor costs.This article focuses on the PLC control module and designs an automated three-dimensional ware-house monitoring system for the storage of non-staple food products.It controls and manages the handling,storage,and retrieval of non-staple food,and has the advantages of strong storage capacity,high space utilization,and high degree of automation.This article mainly discusses the structure and functions of the three-dimensional warehouse system,including the design of system hardware,software,and monitoring screens.Using Kunlun Tongtai MCGS soft-ware to create an HMI interface,providing users with an intuitive and easy-to-use real-time monitoring system.The simulation results show that the system has the advantages of smooth operation,friendly HMI interface,and simple and easy operation.
