Evaluation system of comfort in housing based on analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method
Comfort in housing is affected by many factors. However, most of the current researches focus on a single factor. In this article,we determined 17 indices for comfort degree in housing evaluation by reviewing a large number of literature and consulting with experts. Then the weights of evaluation indices were determined based on analytic hierarchy process, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the overall comfort level of residential environment. And through the single factor rotation method, the sensitivity analysis of the key indices affecting the comfort of the house was carried out.The index with the strongest sensitivity is illumination time, followed by the distance from public transport stations, ventilation and illumination intensity. The index with relatively weak sensitivity is public transport route density. It was verified that the weights determined by hierarchical analysis method are reasonable and reliable in the evaluation of residential environment comfort, and finally a feasible evaluation system of residential environment comfort was constructed, which lays a solid foundation for subsequent research and application.
