Cause analysis and safety assessment of pier deviation of high-speed railway bridge
A super large high-speed railway bridge has experienced piers deviations during operation, with a maximum relative deviation of 2.1 cm in the longitudinal bridge direction and 1.3 cm in the transverse bridge direction. We analyzed the causes of the deviations and assessed the structural safety of the bridge. The pulsation test, pier deviation test and monitoring were performed to analyze the dynamic performance of the structure and the development trend of pier deviation. The finite difference model of the interaction between soil and pier structure was established using FLAC3D software, and numerical calculations were conducted to analyze the pier deviation, pile deviation and internal force of the typical pier 58.The results show that the numerical calculation results are in good agreement with the measured results, and the pier deviation is caused by the unilateral mound soil thrust generated by the surcharge load around the pier, while the bridge structure is safe.In addition,to ensure the smooth running of the high-speed railway line and operational safety,a specific correction plan for the bridge pier was proposed, which provides a reference for the analysis and treatment of similar pier deviations.
