Fe3O4/聚苯乙烯改性密胺海绵的制备及其吸油性能

首先采用溶剂热法制备四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)纳米粒子,然后使用超声浸渍法将Fe3O4 纳米粒子涂覆在密胺海绵(MS)表面,最后采用光引发使苯乙烯(St)聚合在海绵骨架表面,制备了Fe3O4/PS@MS.通过扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪和水接触角仪对制备的改性海绵进行了结构表征,并研究了改性海绵对异辛烷、正丁醇、甲苯、氯仿及柴油的吸附性能及重复利用性能.结果表明:Fe3O4/PS@MS表现出疏水性和亲油性,水接触角约为133.3°,对各种油/有机溶剂的吸收倍率为59~85 g/g,并可在油水混合液体中选择性地吸收其中的油品.该吸油材料具有制作简单、成本低、重复使用性好等优点.
Preparation and oil absorption capacity of Fe3O4/polystyrene-modified melamine sponge
Ferrosoferric oxide(Fe3O4)nanoparticles were firstly prepared by a solvothermal method,and then they were coated on the surface of melamine sponge(MS)by an ultrasonic impregnation method.Finally,the Fe3O4/PS@MS was prepared by photoinitiation polymerization of styrene on the surface of the sponge skeleton.The structures of the modified sponge were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy and water contact angle instrument.The absorption properties of the modified sponge towards isooctane,n-butanol,toluene,chloroform and diesel oil and the reusability of the sponge were investigated.The results show that the Fe3O4/PS@MS exhibits hydrophobicity and lipophilicity,with the water contact angle about 133.3°.The absorption capability of the modified sponge for different oils and organic solvents is in the range of 59-85 g/g,and the sponge can selectively absorb oil and organic solvent in the oil-water mixed liquid.In addition,this oil-absorbing material has the advantages of facile preparation,low cost,and good reusability.
