Experimental Study on Impact Response of Corrugated Sandwich Energy-absorbing Structure
The transverse low-speed impact test of corrugated sandwich energy-absorbing structure was carried out by using drop hammer instrument.Based on the test results, the influence of impact speed, filling condition and other parameters on the impact response of corrugated sandwich structure was discussed, which provided experimental data reference for the application of corrugated sandwich energy-absorbing structure in bridge anti-collision facilities. The test results show that filling foam in the corrugated sandwich energy-absorbing structure can significantly reduce the structural deformation and change the structural failure mode.Meanwhile, the impact force will increase and the impact du-ration will also increase, which significantly improves the energy absorption performance of the struc-ture.
