高掺量橡胶改性沥青疲劳性能研究

文中对改进工艺后制备的大掺量橡胶改性沥青进行疲劳性能研究,三种橡胶改性沥青的掺量分别为30%、40%和50%,对三种橡胶改性沥青和两种对照组(SBS改性沥青与70JHJ基质沥青)进行RTFOT和PAV老化,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR),通过温度扫描、LAS试验和时间扫描试验,对五种沥青试样的疲劳性能进行研究.结果表明:温度扫描试验无法准确区分改性沥青的疲劳性能.经RTFOT的大掺量橡胶改性沥青在LAS试验中疲劳损伤不明显,不易区分疲劳性能,建议使用PAV老化试样进行试验.时间扫描所得试验结果具有一致性,在较低或较高应力水平下,疲劳性能排序均为:AR40>AR30>AR50>SBS>70#,能够有效区分各掺量改性沥青的疲劳性能.
Study on Fatigue Properties of High-volume Rubber-modified Asphalt
The fatigue properties of high-volume asphalt rubber prepared by improved process were studied.The contents of three asphalt rubber were 30%,40%and 50%respectively.Three asphalt rubber and two control groups(SBS modified asphalt and 70JHJ base asphalt)were aged by RTFOT and PAV.The fatigue properties of five kinds of asphalt samples were studied by dynamic shear rhe-ometer(DSR)through temperature scanning,LAS test and time scanning test.The results show that the temperature scanning test cannot accurately distinguish the fatigue properties of modified asphalt.The fatigue damage of asphalt rubber with high content of RTFOT is not obvious in LAS test,and it is difficult to distinguish the fatigue performance.Therefore,it is suggested to use PAV aging sam-ples for the test.The test results obtained by time scanning are consistent.Under low or high stress level,the fatigue performance ranking is:AR40>AR30>AR50>SBS>70JHJ,which can effectively distinguish the fatigue performance of modified asphalt with different content.
