摘要

针对AC、SMA、PAC三种沥青混合料,采用车辙板试件开展车轮磨耗试验,在不同磨耗阶段提取三种混合料的表面纹理,并测量磨耗区域的摩擦系数.通过数字图像方法对表面纹理进行提取和分析,建立等效点密度、等效面积密度和等效夹角等量化评价指标.结果表明:在车轮磨耗作用下,前1 000次磨耗对等效点密度、等效面积密度的影响最为显著,与摩擦系数的变化规律一致.

Abstract

The wheel wear test was carried out with rutted plate specimens for AC,SMA and PAC as-phalt mixtures.The surface textures of three kinds of mixtures were extracted at different wear sta-ges,and the friction coefficient of the worn area was measured.The surface texture was extracted and analyzed by digital image method,and the quantitative evaluation indexes such as equivalent point density,equivalent area density and equivalent included angle were established.The results show that the first 1000 times of wheel wear have the most significant influence on the equivalent point density and equivalent area density,which is consistent with the change law of friction coefficient.
