摘要

文中依托西安市开元路一建元路下穿通道工程,采用数值模拟的方法,对比分析了未进行注浆加固、全断面注浆加固工况下的砂土隧道变形特性,评价了中隔壁法的开挖效果.结果表明:未进行注浆加固工况下的地表沉降和拱顶位移分别是全断面注浆加固的4.78倍、4.44倍和7.08倍、5.73倍;掌子面未加固工况下隧道开挖产生的支护应力小于掌子面全断面注浆加固工况下的支护应力,隧道左洞和右洞在全断面注浆加固情况下;开挖断面掌子面的挤出变形在全断面注浆加固工况下远小于未注浆工况下,且最大和最小位移平均减小80%.数值模拟结果表明:在全断面注浆加固工况下隧道开挖沉降表现出安全稳定态势.

Abstract

Based on the underpass project of Kaiyuan Road-Jianyuan Road in Xi'an City,the deforma-tion characteristics of sand tunnel under the conditions of no grouting reinforcement and full-face grou-ting reinforcement were compared and analyzed by numerical simulation,and the excavation effect of middle partition method was evaluated.The results show that the ground settlement and vault dis-placement without grouting reinforcement are 4.78 times,4.44 times,7.08 times and 5.73 times that of full-face grouting reinforcement,respectively.The supporting stress caused by tunnel excavation under the condition of unconfined tunnel face is less than that under the condition of full-face grouting reinforcement,and the left and right tunnels are under the condition of full-face grouting reinforce-ment.The extrusion deformation of the tunnel face of excavation section is much smaller under the condition of full-face grouting reinforcement than under the condition of no grouting,and the maxi-mum and minimum displacements are reduced by 80%on average.The numerical simulation results show that the tunnel excavation settlement shows a safe and stable situation under the condition of full-face grouting reinforcement.
