不同形态聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)塑料对沥青混合料性能的影响研究

文中以选取聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为研究对象,通过高低温性能、水稳定性及抗疲劳性能试验,考察其处于粉末状与颗粒状两种不同形态并以不同含量、不同方式掺入对沥青混合料性能的影响.结果表明:湿法不适用于PET塑料对沥青混合料的改性,建议将PET以干法掺入沥青混合料中且推荐掺量区间为3%~6%;颗粒状与粉末状PET对沥青混合料的高、低温性能具有明显改善效果且提升幅度相似,但其均会对沥青混合料的水稳定性产生劣化影响,控制掺量在6%以内可满足规范水稳定性技术要求;同一掺量下,颗粒状PET对沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能提升优于粉末状PET.综合而言,推荐使用PET颗粒进行沥青混合料干法改性且最佳推荐掺量为6%.
Study on the Effect of Different Forms of Polyethylene Terephthalate(PET)Plastics on the Performance of Asphalt Mixes
Taking polyethylene terephthalate(PET)as the research object,through the tests of high and low temperature performance,water stability and anti-fatigue performance,the effects of PET in powder and granular forms and its addition in different contents and ways on the performance of as-phalt mixture were investigated.The results show that wet method is not suitable for the modification of asphalt mixture by PET plastic,and it is suggested that PET be mixed into asphalt mixture by dry method,and the recommended dosage range is 3%~6%.Granular and powdered PET can obviously improve the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture with similar improvement range,but both of them will deteriorate the water stability of asphalt mixture.Controlling the content within 6%can meet the technical requirements of water stability in the specification.Under the same content,the fatigue resistance of granular PET to asphalt mixture is better than that of powdered PET.Generally speaking,it is recommended to use PET particles for dry modification of asphalt mix-ture,and the best recommended dosage is 6%.
