级配波动对EMC-10超薄磨耗层路用性能的影响

基于EMC-10超薄磨耗层在级配范围内对4.75、2.36、0.075 mm粒径设置不同程度的波动,成型超薄磨耗层试件并测试混合料的体积指标、渗水系数、构造深度,以及劈裂强度,分析关键筛孔通过率与混合料性能的关系.基于混合料填充与干涉特征提出沥青混合料结构参数,利用灰色关联方法研究各结构参数与路用性能的相关性.结果表明:薄层试件与标准试件的体积指标无明显差异;超薄磨耗层生产过程中在级配范围内发生波动极易导致混合料渗水系数增大;影响超薄磨耗层孔隙率、构造深度和劈裂强度的主要是4.75~9.5 mm含量的波动以及沥青膜和沥青胶浆膜厚度的变化,影响渗水系数的主要是2.36~4.75 mm粒径含量的变化.
Effect of Production Fluctuations on the Performance of EMC-10 Ultra-thin Abrasion Layers
Based on EMC-10 ultra-thin wear layer,the particle sizes of 4.75 mm,2.36 mm and 0.075 mm were set to fluctuate in different degrees within the grading range.The ultra-thin wear layer spec-imens were molded and the volume index,water permeability coefficient,structural depth and split-ting strength of the mixture were tested.Then the relationship between the pass rate of key sieve holes and the performance of the mixture was analyzed.Based on the characteristics of mixture filling and interference,the structural parameters of asphalt mixture were put forward,and the correlation between structural parameters and road performance was studied by using grey correlation method.The results show that there is no obvious difference in the volume index between the thin-layer speci-men and the standard specimen,and the fluctuation in the gradation range during the production of ul-tra-thin wear layer can easily lead to the increase of the water permeability coefficient of the mixture.The main factors affecting the porosity,structural depth and splitting strength of ultra-thin wear layer are the fluctuation of(4.75~9.5)mm content and the change of asphalt film and asphalt paste film thickness.The change of particle size content of(2.36~4.75)mm is the main factor affecting the wa-ter permeability coefficient.
