Research on Stress Field Evaluation Method of V-shaped Inclined Notch Thin Plate Structure
The stress field of thin plate structure with complex V-shaped inclination angle was theoreti-cally analyzed and numerically studied.By establishing the relationship between singular intensity fac-tor"as"and notch stress intensity factor(N-SIF),dimensionless N-SIF was obtained.On this basis,a series of thin plate models with limited plate width under different geometric dimensions,opening angles and inclination angles were established,and the stress field formula of the notch was simplified and fitted.The relationship curve between singular strength factor and dimensionless N-SIF was ob-tained by the control variable method,and the simple stress field and N-SIF evaluation formula of thin plate structure with V-shaped inclination angle were obtained by fitting.The fitted simplified calcula-tion formula of N-SIF was compared with the results of finite element method and the results of tradi-tional literature,and the error was analyzed.The results show that the fitted stress field formula has high accuracy,which can realize the rapid evaluation of the stress field of V-notch under complex in-clination angle.
