基于MOFs材料的橡胶沥青制备及其烟气抑制效果研究

采用MOFs材料对橡胶沥青改性制备环保型橡胶沥青,分析MOFs材料与橡胶沥青的配比对环保型橡胶沥青流变性能、低温性能、以及VOCs抑制的影响,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)辨别VOCs成分谱特征.结果表明:在30℃时,UiO-66掺量为0.2wt%、0.4wt%、0.6wt%时的复数模量比未掺入的分别提高17.2%、30.5%、36.6%.以0.6wt%掺量为例,在-6℃、-12℃、-18℃和-24℃时,其S值比未掺入的橡胶沥青分别提高5.12%、18.73%、7.86%、6.51%.当UiO-66掺量为0.6wt%时,VOCs数目由118种急剧减少到62种.橡胶沥青VOCs排放总浓度大幅降低48.1%,由1043.2 mg/m3降低至501.9 mg/m3.此外,UiO-66对一类致癌物的抑制效果显著,可使1,3-丁二烯的浓度降低高达71.2%,这表明UiO-66对橡胶沥青VOCs有显著的抑制作用.
Preparation of Rubber Asphalt Based on MOFs Materials and its Smoke Suppression Effect Research
Environmental-friendly rubber asphalt was prepared by modifying rubber asphalt with MOFs material.The effects of the ratio of MOFs material and rubber asphalt on the rheological properties,low-temperature properties and VOCs inhibition of environmental-friendly rubber asphalt were ana-lyzed.The spectral characteristics of VOCs were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results show that the complex modulus of UiO-66 with 0.2wt%,0.4wt%and 0.6wt%is 17.2%,30.5%and 36.6%higher than that without UIO-66 at 30℃.Taking the content of 0.6wt%as an example,at-6℃,-12℃,-18℃ and-24℃,the S value of the rubber asphalt was increased by 5.12%,18.73%,7.86%and 6.51%respectively.When the content of UiO-66 was 0.6wt%,the number of VOCs decreased sharply from 118 to 62.The total emission concentration of VOCs from rubber asphalt decreased by 48.1%,from 1043.2 mg/m3to 501.9 mg/m3.In addition,UiO-66 has a significant inhibitory effect on a class of carcinogens,which can reduce the concentration of 1,3-butadiene by as much as 71.2%,which indicates that UiO-66 has a significant inhibitory effect on rubber asphalt VOCs.
