摘要

文中基于湿轮磨耗试验研究磨耗时间、污染物洒布量对环氧超薄抗滑磨耗层抗滑性能的影响,采用延长加速加载磨耗试验试件的BPN、TD以及磨耗质量损失率来评价超薄磨耗层的路用性能.结果表明:环氧超薄抗滑磨耗层的剥落率与磨耗温度、磨耗时间以及骨料粒径成正相关,且在高温高磨耗时间的情况下剥落率仍小于0.6%,环氧超薄抗滑磨耗层随着污染物洒布量的增加BPN均存在不同程度的下降,其中液体污染物比固体沙土对路面抗滑性能衰减的影响更显著.环氧超薄抗滑磨耗层在经过20万次的作用后超薄抗滑磨耗层的BPN、TD以及磨耗质量损失率均体现出优异性.

Abstract

Based on the wet wheel wear test,the effects of wear time and pollutant distribution on the anti-sliding performance of epoxy ultra-thin anti-sliding wear layer were studied.BPN,TD and loss rate of wear mass of extended accelerated loading wear test specimens were used to evaluate the road performance of ultra-thin wear layer.The results show that the peeling rate of epoxy ultra-thin anti-sliding wear layer is positively correlated with wear temperature,wear time and aggregate particle size,and the peeling rate is still less than 0.6%at high temperature and high wear time.The BPN of epoxy ultra-thin anti-skid wear layer decreases in different degrees with the increase of pollutant dis-tribution,and the influence of liquid pollutants on the attenuation of pavement anti-skid performance is more significant than that of solid sand.After 200,000 times of application,the BPN,TD and wear mass loss rate of the ultra-thin anti-sliding epoxy wear layer are excellent.
