Buckling Analysis of Guide Beams in Super Long-distance Incremental Launching Construction
On the background of a UHPC steel-concrete composite beam with full-section and super-long distance jacking construction project, the problems that the front guide beam is prone to weld failure of stiffening diaphragm are solved.Using SOLIDWORKS and ABAQUS finite element soft-ware,the first three sections of the actual guide beam were selected to establish a simplified model for local guide beam analysis, and the buckling response of the guide beam with defects was analyzed based on the possible failure modes of the diaphragm. The results show that the failure of the third mediastinal plate in the local model has the greatest influence on the stability of the guide beam, and the first-order buckling characteristic value of the defective guide beam decreases from 3.36 to 2.31.During the jacking construction, the weld quality and local deformation of the third mediastinal plate and the upper and lower diaphragms between the third and fourth mediastinal plates should be inspec-ted frequently to ensure the stability of the guide beam section in the super-long distance jacking con-struction.
