摘要

文中考虑生产工艺和碳排放对供应链网络设计的影响,使用混合整数线性规划的方法研究碳交易机制下生产工艺选择对可持续供应链网络设计的影响,分析不同生产工艺下供应链的各项成本及碳排放情况,讨论了不同生产工艺下的供应链各环节决策的变化.结果表明:采购成本占供应链运作成本比重最大,制造环节的碳排放占总碳排放的比重最大,采购环节和制造环节应该是供应链管理的重点关注对象,同时生产工艺选择也会影响供应链网络结构,在考虑碳排放因素的情况下解决了生产工艺变化对供应链网络的影响.

Abstract

Considering the influence of production process and carbon emission on the design of supply chain network,the mixed integer linear programming method was used to study the influence of pro-duction process selection on the design of sustainable supply chain network under carbon trading mechanism.The cost and carbon emission of supply chain under different production processes were analyzed,and the changes of decision-making in each link of supply chain under different production processes were discussed.The results show that procurement costs account for the largest proportion of supply chain operating costs,and carbon emissions from manufacturing links account for the largest proportion of total carbon emissions.Purchasing and manufacturing should be the focus of supply chain management.At the same time,the choice of production process will also affect the structure of supply chain network,which solves the influence of production process changes on supply chain net-work considering carbon emission factors.
