Study on Fire and Heat Insulation Performance of Glass Fiber Reinforced Composite Sandwich Panel Under Fire
Taking the glass fiber composite(GFRP)sandwich panel as the research object,considering the influence of thermal parameters,boundary conditions and other conditions,ABAQUS was used to simulate the temperature field simulation model of GFRP sandwich panel along the thickness direction under the action of standard fire temperature rise curve,and the simulation model was compared with the experiment.By changing the thickness of composite sandwich panel,increasing the protection of fire-proof panel and adopting suspended fire-proof structure,the temperature field results of different composite sandwich panels were simulated.Parameters were optimized by changing the thickness and spacing distance of the fire protection board,and the fire protection structure equivalent to the ther-mal insulation requirements of the ship fire protection code FTP11 was obtained.
