钢管塔柱自密实微膨胀混凝土性能调控与应用研究

文中研究了硅灰掺量、水胶比以及砂率对核心混凝土工作性能及力学性能的影响,以及膨胀剂掺量对核心混凝土体积变形的影响.结果表明:硅灰掺量的增加有助于提高混凝土强度,当其掺量不超过40 kg/m3时能降低混凝土的粘度;水泥用量的提高能增加混凝土强度,但当水泥用量超过510 kg/m3时混凝土工作性能出现下降;满足混凝土工作性能要求的最佳砂率是44%;40 kg/m3的膨胀剂掺量能满足混凝土体积稳定性能的要求.根据试验研究确定的混凝土施工配合比成功应用于卡哈洛金沙江大桥主塔钢管内核心混凝土,现场混凝土状态及浇筑效果均良好,无脱空现象出现.
Research on the Performance Control and Application of Self-compacting Micro-expansive Concrete for Steel Tube Tower
The effects of silica fume content,water-binder ratio and sand ratio on the workability and mechanical properties of core concrete were studied,and the effects of expansive agent content on the volume deformation of core concrete were analyzed.The results show that the increase of silica fume content is helpful to improve the strength of concrete,and the viscosity of concrete can be reduced when its content is less than 40 kg/m3.The increase of cement content can increase the strength of concrete,but when the cement content exceeds 510 kg/m3,the workability of concrete decreases.The optimum sand ratio to meet the working performance requirements of concrete is 44%.The dosage of 40 kg/m3 expansive agent can meet the requirements of volume stability of concrete.The concrete construction mixture ratio determined according to the experimental research has been successfully ap-plied to the core concrete in the steel tube of the main tower of Kahaluo Jinsha River Bridge.The site concrete condition and pouring effect are good,and there is no void phenomenon.
