含柔性直流的港口交直流电力系统储能容量配置研究

文中以储能系统全生命周期内总成本最小、碳排放量最少为目标,结合港口的电力系统架构特性构建超级电容与蓄电池混合储能系统的容量配置模型.采取K-means++聚类方法提取港口风光出力的典型日进行计算,并利用CPLEX求解器完成模型求解.案例计算结果显示,使用此方法进行储能容量配置可在储能系统全生命周期内节省购电成本约4.65万元,减少碳排放约1.77万吨.
Research on Energy Storage Capacity Configuration of Port AC/DC Power System with Flexible DC
In order to minimize the total cost and carbon emissions in the whole life cycle of the energy storage system,the capacity allocation model of the hybrid energy storage system of super-capacitor and battery was constructed based on the characteristics of the power system architecture of the port.K-means++clustering method was used to extract the typical days of port scenery output for calcula-tion,and CPLEX solver was used to solve the model.The case calculation results show that this method can save about 46,500 yuan of electricity purchase cost and reduce about 17,700 tons of carbon emissions during the whole life cycle of the energy storage system.
