股权合作模式下供应链动态减排决策分析

通过引入股权合作方式来形成利益共同体,降低"搭便车"行为带来的影响,同时考虑到产品减排是不断变化的,因此将时间因素引入达到减排博弈模型中,构建了无股权合作和基于股权合作分散决策、以及集中决策三种情况下的微分博弈模型.结果表明:与无股权合作情况相比较,股权合作下的制造商减排水平和零售商促销努力水平有所提升,而在集中决策下制造商的减排水平和零售商促销努力水平最高,股权合作是提高减排与促销积极性的重要方式.持股比例需要在一定范围内才能起到促进制造商减排和零售商促销的作用,制造商和零售商应综合分析,确定合理的持股比例,进而提高制造商的减排水平和零售商的促销努力水平,同时持股比例的变化也会给制造商和零售商带来利润波动.
Decision Analysis of Dynamic Emission Reduction in Supply Chain under Equity Cooperation Mode
By introducing equity cooperation to form a community of interests,the impact of"hitchhik-ing"behavior can be reduced.Considering that the product emission reduction was constantly chan-ging,the time factor was introduced into the game model to achieve emission reduction,and the dif-ferential game model under three situations:non-equity cooperation,decentralized decision-making based on equity cooperation and centralized decision-making was constructed.The results show that compared with the situation without equity cooperation,the level of manufacturer's water reduction and drainage and retailer's promotion efforts have been improved under equity cooperation.However,under centralized decision-making,manufacturers have the highest level of emission reduction and pro-motion efforts,and equity cooperation is an important way to improve the enthusiasm of emission re-duction and promotion.The shareholding ratio needs to be within a certain range to promote manufac-turers'emission reduction and retailers'promotion.Manufacturers and retailers should comprehen-sively analyze and determine a reasonable shareholding ratio,so as to improve the manufacturer's wa-ter reduction and drainage level and the retailer's promotion efforts.Meanwhile,the change of share-holding ratio will also bring profit fluctuations to manufacturers and retailers.
