Reliability Evaluation of Sight Distance of Mountain Expressway Based on 3D Panoramic Surveying and Mapping
Based on the three-dimensional panoramic surveying and mapping conditions, the line-of-sight was evaluated by the reliability method aiming at the uncertainty problem. The real three-dimen-sional scene of road environment was collected by three-dimensional mobile surveying and mapping system, and a method of measuring ASD in three-dimensional real space was proposed. The distribu-tion of variables in SSD was discussed by using reliability theory, and the velocity distribution was fit-ted by using mixed Gaussian model to evaluate the probability that ASD meets the requirements of SSD.The case study and analysis were carried out in a mountainous expressway section in Zhejiang Province. The results show that when the line-of-sight reliability is used as the evaluation index, the number of accidents on the road section with reliability below 90%is 1.5 times that of other road sec-tions,which proves the feasibility of the proposed method.
