Research on the Influence of Second-order Wave Force on the Dynamic Response of Floating Wind Turbine
Taking OC4-DeepCwind offshore floating fan system as an example,considering the coupling between floating foundation motion and aerodynamic force,the influence of second-order wave force on the dynamic response of floating fan system was studied.The results show that the second-order wave force increases the standard deviation of the pitching and pitching motion of the floating founda-tion,and the pitching and pitching of the floating foundation have great influence on the aerodynamic force of the wind turbine,thus increasing the thrust and power fluctuation of the wind turbine.Therefore,the influence of second-order wave force should be fully considered in the control design of wind turbine system and the structural design of wind turbine blades.In addition,the second-order sum-frequency force is close to the first-order natural frequency of the tower,which stimulates the natural vibration of the tower,so the second-order sum-frequency force should be avoided when desig-ning the tower.
