基于循环取货的舾装件供应物流路径优化研究

文中提出了由船厂组织车辆进行循环取货的方式对路径进行优化,基于混合整数规划并结合实际进行建模和求解.考虑舾装件的种类复杂性和托盘化的物流组织形式,加入需求可拆分、多车型、多货种和混合时间窗约束;根据供应商生产、装卸能力以及时间窗范围动态调整取货量,以提高取货效率;以上海某船厂的实际数据为例,使用Matlab调用Gurobi求解器进行计算.结果表明:采用循环取货进行路径优化,对比供应商直送模式能够降低28.09%的库存成本和4.38%的运输成本,并提高了取货物流的精益化水平.
Research on Optimization of Outfitting Inbound Logistics Path Based on Milk-run
The way that the shipyard organizes vehicles to carry out milk run was put forward to opti-mize the route,and the model and solution were based on mixed integer programming and actual situa-tion.Considering the complexity of outfitting types and palletized logistics organization,the con-straints of demand splitting,multi-vehicle,multi-product and mixed time window were added.Ac-cording to the supplier's production,loading and unloading capacity and time window range,the pick-ing quantity was dynamically adjusted to improve the picking efficiency.Taking the actual data of a shipyard in Shanghai as an example,Matlab was used to call Gurobi solver for calculation.The results show that the milk run can reduce the inventory cost by 28.09%and the transportation cost by 4.38%,and improve the lean level of goods delivery.
