聚烯烃类温拌剂对LDHs改性沥青性能影响研究

文中以聚烯烃类温拌剂作为温拌剂,LDHs作为抗紫外老化助剂制备了不同掺量的聚烯烃/LDHs改性沥青.对聚烯烃/LDHs改性沥青的三大指标进行测试,以评估聚烯烃/LDHs改性沥青的物理性能.对聚烯烃/LDHs改性沥青进行黏度试验,来评估聚烯烃类温拌剂对LDHs改性沥青的降粘效果.使用动态剪切流变仪对老化前后的聚烯烃/LDHs改性沥青的流变性能进行测试,来评估聚烯烃类温拌剂对LDHs的抗紫外老化性能的影响.结果表明:聚烯烃类温拌剂能提高LDHs改性沥青的高温性能和抗形变能力,并且能大幅度降低LDHs改性沥青的黏度,但聚烯烃类温拌剂会降低LDHs改性沥青的低温性能.聚烯烃类温拌剂不会影响LDHs改性沥青的抗紫外老化性能,聚烯烃类温拌剂的最佳掺量为沥青质量的2%.
Study on the Effect of Polyolefin Warm Mix Agent on the Performance of Ldhs Modified Asphalt
Polyolefin/LDHs modified asphalt with different content was prepared by using polyolefin warm mixing agent as warm mixing agent and LDHS as anti-ultraviolet aging additive.Three indexes of polyolefin/LDHs modified asphalt were tested to evaluate the physical properties of polyolefin/LDHs modified asphalt.The viscosity test of polyolefin/LDHs modified asphalt was carried out to e-valuate the viscosity reduction effect of polyolefin warm mix agent on LDHs modified asphalt.The rheological properties of polyolefin/LDHs modified asphalt before and after aging were tested by dy-namic shear rheometer to evaluate the influence of polyolefin warm mix agent on the ultraviolet aging resistance of LDHs.The results show that the polyolefin warm mix agent can improve the high tem-perature performance and deformation resistance of LDHs modified asphalt,and can greatly reduce the viscosity of LDHs modified asphalt.However,the polyolefin warm mix agent will reduce the low temperature performance of LDHs modified asphalt.Polyolefin warm-mix agent will not affect the ul-traviolet aging resistance of LDHs modified asphalt,and the optimum content of polyolefin warm-mix agent is 2%of asphalt quality.
