摘要
介绍双丝双烧高支高密纯棉大提花面料的设计。为达到较好的使用效果，合理选择了原料、经纬纱的配置、织物组织以及双丝双烧工艺。简单概括丝光、烧毛原理。对浆纱、织造等各工序工艺配置进行优化。以传统的纯棉系列大提花面料作为基础，同时赋予其真丝面料的舒适性、光泽性，对产品进行一系列的深加工，成功开发出双丝双烧纯棉高支高密大提花面料。
Abstract
we introduced Jacquard fabric of high-density and high count design with singeing and mercerizing yarn as well as fabric, in order to achieve better using results, materials, the arrangement of warp and weft, fabrics, and singeing and mercerizing process for yam and fabric are chosen. The principal of singeing and mercerizing is introduced. The sizing and weaving process is optimized. Using the traditional cotton jacquard fabric as the foundation and the characters of real silk like comfortable and gloss is given. Finally, the fabric is successfully developed.
