Application of Slow Design Concept in Fashion Design
The concept of slow design is a reflection on the rapid development of today's society.It advocates finding a reasonable balance between fast and slow,and paying attention to the all-round development of people,society and ecology.However,one-time consumption is popular,and fast-decay design has become a daily event,so that the concept of slow design has not received enough attention.This paper analyzes the application of the principle of slow design in clothing through the collation and referenc e of literature,combined with the method of mutual proof of pictures and texts.On this basis,the specific application methods of slow design concept in innovative design are explored and verified by design examples.The results show that the innovative design under the concept of slow design can be applied from three aspects:Cutting:pay attention to the simplicity of design.Fabrics:pay attention to the use of waste.Style:pay attention to the combination of design.The innovative combination of slow design theory and modern desi gn has rich theoretical significance and can provide new methods and new ideas for the sustainable development of Chinese clothing design.
