生产性服务业促进纺织服装业价值链跃迁路径探析

在经济新常态、全球价值链重塑与"中国制造 2025"视阈下,我国传统优势产业纺织服装业亟需深化供给侧改革,突破传统发展模式,探寻价值链跃迁新路径.依托生产性服务业,通过构建产业高度、产业广度、产业纵深三条路径,即分别为向价值链两端纵向延展提升、获取高端价值区段,拓展产业广度、开拓新兴子产业及新业态新模式,及跳脱原有价值链束缚、孕育产业内生技术优势、推进价值链质的跃迁等多元路径推进价值链跃迁升级,并形成多维度价值链生态系统.为避免成为纺织服装业价值链跃迁的桎梏,亟需深化生产性服务业自身的供给侧突破以实现双链协同跃迁,并从多渠道构建两产业融合、协同跃迁的外部生态系统.
Analysis on Value Chain Upgrading Paths of Textile and Apparel Industry by Integration with Producer Service Industry
In the context of the new economic normal,global value chain adjustment and remodeling and"made in China 2025",it is urgent to explore new paths for value chain upgrading for our textile and apparel industry to break through the traditional development mode and explore new ways to upgrade the value chain.With the aid of integration with producer service industry,through the construction of three paths,namely,industrial height,industrial width and industrial depth,the multidimensional global value chain ecosystem of textile and apparel industry will be built.That is,to promote the vertical upgrading of the textile and apparel industry's value chain from both the technological and market ends,to promote the horizontal expansion of the industry,jump out of the shackles of original value chain,foster endogenous industrial technological advantages so as to promote the value chain transition.At present,China's low development level of producer services may become a shackle that hinders the upgrading of the textile and apparel industry's value chain.it's urgent to deepen the supply side reform of producer service industry so as to accomplish synergistic upgrading of the two industries'value chains.Meanwhile,building an integrated external ecosystem for collaborative upgrading from multiple channels is also an urgent need.
