The Influence Mechanism of Privacy Policies of Financial Technology APPs on Enterprise Performance
Starting from the perspective of privacy computing theory and measuring risk perception through user trust, this paper explores the impact of privacy policies of financial technology apps on both users and enterprises, analyzing its underlying mechanisms.Based on privacy computing theory and the APCO model, this paper constructs a mechanism model that measures the impact of integrity and readability of privacy policies on enterprise performance, using data mining analysis methods to measure the integrity, readability, and privacy control of such policies, and verifying the mechanism by which integrity and readability of privacy policies affect enterprise performance. The paper finds that the integrity and readability of privacy policies in financial technology apps have a positive impact on enterprise performance, while user trust also exerts a positive impact on enterprise performance. Moreover, the privacy control of such apps has a moderating effect between integrity, readability of privacy policies, and their impact on user trust. The paper proposes a causal research method for privacy policies in financial technology scenarios, enriching the research into the causes and consequences of online privacy behavior.
