下肢瘫痪人群智能监测鞋设计开发

针对下肢瘫痪人群在外出活动或者康复训练中无法准确感知下肢痛觉、脚踝扭伤后不能及时发现的问题,设计了带有防护功能的智能监测鞋.通过对足踝生理结构和损伤机制的研究,总结归纳出足踝活动阈值,利用MPU6050 姿态传感器对用户的足踝活动进行实时监测;并设计手机APP对监测状态进行反馈;通过对足踝处压力值的重新分配设计了弹性护踝,将护踝与鞋子一体化创新设计以此实现智能监测鞋的防护性能和监测性能.智能监测鞋能对用户的脚踝起到一定的防护和受伤警示作用,在下肢瘫痪人群日常生活和康复训练中起到了积极作用.
Design and Development of Intelligent Monitoring Shoes for Paraplegic
In order to solve the problem that people with lower limb paralysis cannot accurately perceive pain in lower limbs during outdoor activities or rehabilitation training,and cannot timely detect ankle sprain,intelligent monitoring shoes with protective fu nction are designed.Dual attitude sensors are used to monitor the user's ankle,and the ankle guard is designed by redistributing the pressure value at the ankle.The sensor,ankle guard and shoes are combined with innovative design to increase the protection while monitoring the user's ankle.The results show that the monitoring accuracy of intelligent monitoring shoes in stationary and slow walking state is 100%and 98%,which plays a certain protective role on the user's ankle,and also plays a positive role in the daily life and reha bilitation training of lower limb paralysis.
