As the socialist modernization continues to progress,the role of labor education in the construction of party and league organiza-tions within higher education institutions has become increasingly prominent.As a vital component in fostering the comprehensive develop-ment of students,the integration of labor education into party and league organizations at the college level has emerged as a crucial aspect of the construction of these organizations in the new era.By providing an overview of the current state of party and league organization con-struction among college students,summarizing existing achievements,and identifying areas for optimization,this analysis has explored the feasibility,innovative value,and practical pathways for the integration of labor education into the construction of college party and league or-ganizations.Grounded in learning theory of constructivism,through the design of contextualized learning experiences,the implementation of cognitive apprenticeship models,the innovation of labor practice activities,the establishment of a feedback loop mechanism,and the deepening of the exploration of ideological and political elements within labor education,the effectiveness of party and league organization construction in higher education institutions can be significantly enhanced from the perspective of labor education.
