实践教育融入新文科人才培养的内在逻辑、价值意义与实现路径

摘要
新文科建设是新时代高等学校文科教育发展的必然趋势,是有中国特色的文科人才培养的必然要求.新文科建设具有立足国情、关照现实的价值导向和实践特性,承担着培养时代新人的重任,这就客观要求将实践教育融入新文科建设.而实践教育与新文科人才培养又存在着内在逻辑和价值意义的契合和关照,使得实践教育融入新文科人才培养成为现实选择,可以尝试从培养方案革新、实践教育体系构建、多载体协同建设、多要素教育资源整合及师生评价体系优化等多维着力,将实践教育融入新文科人才培养全过程,构建反映社会需求的"大实践"人才培养体系.
Abstract
The construction of the New liberal arts is an inevitable trend of the development of liberal art education in colleges and universities in the new era and the requirement of cultivating liberal art talents with Chinese characteristics.The construction of new liberal arts has value orientation and practical characteristics based on the national conditions and taking care of reality,and it bears the important task of cultivating new generation of the era,which objectively requires the integration of practical education into the construction of new liberal arts.And practical education and the cultivation of new liberal art talents have internal logic and value significance,which makes the integration of practical education into the cultivation of new liberal arts talents a realistic choice.We try to integrate practical education into the whole process of the cultivation of new liberal art talents through the innovation of the cultivation program,the construction of practical education systems,and multi-carrier collaboration,the integration of multi-factor educational resources,and the optimization of teacher-student evaluation systems so as to build a"big practice"talent training system that reflects social demand.
