元宇宙的伦理风险及其应对——基于预知性技术伦理的分析

摘要
元宇宙的关键特征是基于多技术汇聚而形成的数字化空间,而该技术汇聚性特征会导致元宇宙呈现数字空间的隐私风险、主体性的解构之忧、意识的能动性消解和真实与虚拟的边界消散.由此作者试图引入预知性技术伦理(ATE)方法,并用"以人为本的设计理念"、负责任创新的方法以及预先防范的设计原则予以风险应对的辅助补充,在技术生命早期以及尚未根植社会生活内部的阶段提出可行性风险防范路径,进而达到应对元宇宙伦理风险的目标.
Abstract
The key characteristic of the metaverse is a digital space formed by the convergence of multiple technologies.This convergence leads to specific issues in the digital realm,such as privacy risks,the deconstruction of subjectivity,the dissolution of agency in consciousness,and the blurring of the boundaries between the real and the virtual.In response,the Anticipatory Technology Ethics(ATE)approach is introduced,supplemented by"Human-Centered Design",responsible innovation,and preventative design principles to assist in risk mitigating.By proposing feasible paths in the early stages of technological life and before it becomes deeply embedded in social life,we aim to address the ethical risks associated with the metaverse.
