Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Impacts on Entrepreneurial Activity in the Context of Digital Economy:An Empirical Analysis Based on NCA and FsQCA
The prosperity of the digital economy promotes the integration of digital technology and traditional entrepreneurial activities,creates new business forms,new models and new driving forces,inspires entrepreneurial enthusiasm and drives entrepreneurial growth.The evolution of the entrepreneurial ecosystem is influenced by the development of the digital economy.This paper uses NCA method and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial ecosystem on entrepreneurial activity under the background of digital economy.The results show that the main body of entrepreneurship enterprise,service cooperative subject,government subject,technological environment,economic environment and social environment can not constitute the necessary conditions of high level of entrepreneurial activity and non-high level of entrepreneurial activity.Moreover,it is found that there are three paths of high level entrepreneurial activity:economy driven based on social environment under the three-way logic of entrepreneurial enterprises,university scientific research institutions and government;economy driven based on entrepreneurial enterprise-led logic;economy driven based on economy and society driven based on the logic led by university scientific research institutions;And two non-high entrepreneurial activity paths of entrepreneurial enterprise-led driven and social environment-driven types.Based on the analysis of regional heterogeneity,comparing the above five paths,it is found that the representative provinces of high-level entrepreneurial activity and non-high-level entrepreneurial activity have differences in their configuration.The representative cases of high level of entrepreneurial activity are mainly concentrated in the eastern and central regions,while the representative cases of non-high level entrepreneurial activity are mainly concentrated in the western and northeast regions of China.
