当人工智能为高校思政课教师的教学和工作带来便利的同时,高校思政课教师也面临着自身角色与功能被人工智能替代的压力与危机.人工智能易获取的海量知识储备挑战高校思政课教师的知识权威角色,全时空精准化的情感智能挑战思政课教师的情感导师角色,全方位无隐私的智能监视挑战思政课教师的道德模范角色,多元化非主流的智能信息挑战思政课教师的价值观引导角色.但是,高校思政课教师肩负立德树人的根本任务,要正确把握自身的角色定位,引导学生开拓思维,培育学生的家国情怀,做学生成长的引路人.因此,高校思政课教师要发挥价值引领作用并回归育人本质,在发挥人工智能数据和运算优势的基础上实现人机共教,借助政府和高校的支持提升人工智能素养,最终实现自身的角色超越.
While artificial intelligence(AI)brings convenience to the teaching and work of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities,they also face the pressure and crisis of being replaced by AI in their roles and functions.The massive knowledge reserve easily accessible by AI challenges the knowledge authority role of ideological and political course teachers.The all-time and precise emotional intelligence challenges their role as emotional mentors.The all-directional and non-private intelligent surveillance challenges their role as moral exemplars.The diversified and non-mainstream intelligent information challenges their role in guiding students'values.However,ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities bear the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.They should correctly grasp their role and guide students to open up their thinking,cultivate their sense of national sentiment,and be the guide for students'growth.Therefore,ideological and political course teachers should play a leading role in value guidance and return to the essence of education.Based on the advantages of AI data and computing,they should realize the co-teaching of humans and machines,and with the support of the government and colleges,they should enhance their AI literacy and ultimately achieve the transcendence of their roles.
