在俄国,农民是数量庞大的社会群体,对于国家的政权巩固、经济发展、社会稳定发挥着至关重要的作用.因而无论是在俄国革命时期,还是在社会主义建设时期,列宁都高度重视对广大农民的正确引导和科学教育.通过细致梳理列宁在一系列重要讲话和会议文件中关于农民教育方法策略的论述,可将其归纳为"六化法",即农民教育主体协同化、农民教育内容动态化、农民教育原则明晰化、农民教育载体多样化、农民教育方式灵活化、农民教育保障有力化.深刻领悟与科学借鉴列宁关于农民教育的"六化法",对于当下我国优化农民教育举措、提高农民教育质效,凝聚广大农民推进乡村振兴和农业农村现代化建设的共识与行动具有重要的现实启示意义.
Lenin's"Six Methods"on Peasant Education:Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of Lenin's Passing away
In Russia,peasants were a large social group,which played a vital role in the consolidation of the country's political power,economic development and social stability.Therefore,whether in the period of Russian revolution or in the period of socialist construction,Lenin attached great importance to the correct guidance and scientific education of the broad masses of peasants.Through a detailed analysis of Lenin's discussion on peasant education methods in a series of important speeches and conference documents,it can be summarized as"six methods",namely,the coordination of peasant education subjects,the dynamic content of peasant education,the clarity of peasant education principles,the diversification of peasant education carriers,the flexibility of peasant education methods,and the powerful guarantee of peasant education.The profound understanding and scientific reference of Lenin's ways and methods of peasant education have important practical reference significance for optimizing the measures of peasant education,improving the quality and effectiveness of peasant education,and aggregating the consensus and actions of peasants to promote rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization.
