Based on the CIPP evaluation model,this paper constructs an evaluation system of all-course-based ideological and political education in college curriculum from five dimensions:learning goal,learning content,learning process,learning effect and teacher ethics,and measures students'recognition and satisfaction of learning effect from three dimensions:value guidance,professional growth and ability development.The index system is measured through expert interviews,questionnaires and other forms,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the quality of ideological and political teaching in non-ideological-political courses in colleges and universities.
