This article explores the theoretical basis,existing problems,and construction process of a diversified evaluation system based on graduate education management.It also elaborates on the theories of multiple intelligence,situational cognition,and cognitive development.It points out that the current evaluation system has three problems:excessive emphasis on quantitative evaluation,lack of comprehensive evaluation,and singularity of evaluation subjects.During the construction process,a diversified evaluation index system was designed using the Delphi method,interview method,and Analytic Hierarchy Process,and corresponding weights were determined.Based on this,six suggestions of graduate education management were proposed,including comprehensive evaluation of academic achievements based on the diversified evaluation system,deepening and application of research abilities,comprehensive improvement of teaching abilities,orderly guidance of career development abilities,cultivation and assessment of comprehensive qualities,and strengthening and support of internationalization abilities so as to contribute to promoting the comprehensive development of graduate education in China and improving the quality of graduate education.
