Risks and Challenges of Open Source Generative Artificial Intelligence and Future Responses:An Analysis Based on Marxist Critique of Technology
Generative artificial intelligence is one of the most influential technological achievements of our time,and the open-source movement,which shares foundational code,plays a crucial role in its development.However,the open sourcing of generative AI has also sparked significant controversy.On one hand,open source aligns with the innovation trends of AI technology,promoting related industry development and advancing modern civilization.On the other hand,it exacerbates risks related to model security vulnerabilities,intellectual property loss,the proliferation of false information,and new technological crises.This paper analyzes the capital logic behind open source from the perspective of Marxist critique of technology,revealing the secrets of monopolistic enterprises profiting from shared technologies.Furthermore,it explores future governance solutions for artificial intelligence under the conditions of clarifying the laws of technological acceleration,maintaining open-source justice,and distinguishing human-machine relationships.
