Research on Influencing Factors of Gas Station Safety Operation Based on Grey DEMATEL-ISM
In order to systematically analyze the influencing factors of gas station safety operation and improve the safety level of gas stations,firstly,17 influencing factors on the safety operation of gas stations were identified through the WSR(Wuli-Shili-Renli)theory;secondly,the Grey system theory, which is used to solve the problem of ambiguity, was introduced, and com-bined with Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)to study the causal attributes and the degree of impor-tance of each influencing factor.Further, the hierarchical structure of the 17 influencing factors was analyzed using Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM).The results showed that:Grey DEMATEL categorized the 17 factors into 9 cause factors,8 effect factors, and identified 7 key influencing factors;ISM divided the hierarchical structure of the influencing factors into 3 catego-ries,including 4 direct influencing factors,10 intermediate influencing factors, and 3 root influencing factors. The professional ability of safety management personnel, safety management rules and regulations and safety investment construction are not only the key influencing factors in the grey DEAMTEL analysis, but also the root influencing factors in the ISM hierarchical structure, which should be paid more attention to.Finally, suggested measures were proposed for the results of the study to provide an effec-tive reference basis for the safe operation of gas stations.
