Research on Shared Parking Optimization Based on Household Commuting Behavior Analysis
Shared parking is an effective means to alleviate the shortage of parking spaces in the central area of the city dur-ing the morning rush hour.Based on the bottleneck theory,an equilibrium travel model of individual and family mixed travel un-der the confluence bottleneck road network was constructed.Considering the travel behavior decision under the influence of shared parking, the commuting behavior of family and individual was analyzed under the condition of multiple parking lots. The influence of different commuting time difference on the travel time and travel cost of various travelers was compared.Based on the equilibrium model, the scale of shared parking was optimized, and the influence of transaction cost on travel behavior selection was analyzed. The study find that in the case of multi-parking space competition, users will generate more early arrival costs. When the commuting time difference is large, the peak period of the system can be delayed, and the expansion of the scale of shared parking spaces can achieve the optimization of the system. Therefore, the government should reasonably set the commuting time difference, formulate relevant policies to optimize the scale of shared parking considering the total social cost, and manage the cost of shared transaction so as to realize the rational utilization of resources.
