考虑回收质量风险的钢铁闭环供应链决策

为探讨回收质量风险对钢铁闭环供应链成员决策、主体利润水平的影响,建立了有无回收质量风险两种情形下制造商主导的博弈模型,求解得出最优决策,并进行对比分析.研究结果发现:回收质量风险的存在并不影响废钢资源的回收价格、钢铁制造商回收成本系数对闭环供应链的决策影响,但会影响生产成本对闭环供应链的决策影响,体现在钢铁的基本市场规模的阈值上;回收质量风险的存在会导致钢铁制造商制定更高的批发价,钢铁的市场价格更高,市场需求更少,钢铁制造商利润、钢铁分销商利润和供应链系统利润都有所降低.
Decision of Steel Closed-loop Supply Chain Considering Quality Risk of Recycling
To explore the impact of recycling quality risk on the decision-making of members and the profit level of entities in the steel closed-loop supply chain,a manufacturer dominated game model with or without recycling quality risk was estab-lished to obtain the optimal decision,and a comparative analysis was conducted.The research results show that:(1)the recycling quality risk does not affect the recycling price of scrap resources and the recycling cost coefficient of the steel manufacturer on the decision of the closed-loop supply chain,but it will affect the production cost on the decision of the closed-loop supply chain,which is reflected in the threshold of the basic market of steel;(2)the recycling quality risk will lead the steel manufacturer to set higher wholesale price,higher market price of steel,less market demand,and lower profits of the steel manufacturer,the steel distributor and the supply chain system.
