供应链金融信息生态系统演进动力研究

近年来,供应链金融已经成为助推中国经济增长的重要抓手,但是信息生态系统的不完备导致供应链金融面临多重风险.从供应链金融信息生态系统入手,探寻使系统演进至信息互联互通、互验互证的成熟阶段的方法,从根源上化解风险.通过建立系统动力学模型,研究加快系统演进的动力要素及其作用机制.研究表明:系统演进有3 个驱动力,分别是信息效益驱动、价值效益驱动与关系效益驱动.政策因素可以通过内部动力机制加速系统演进,政策因素发挥作用有明显的时间延迟;单一领域的政策对系统演进的促进作用有限,需要多领域政策协同配合;政府监管的作用效果明显强于政策支持的作用效果.
Research on Evolution Dynamics of Supply Chain Finance Information Ecosystem
In recent years,supply chain finance has become an important driving force for China′s economic growth.Howev-er,the incomplete information ecosystem has led to multiple risks faced by supply chain finance.Starting from the information e-cosystem of supply chain finance,this paper explored methods to advance the system to a mature stage of interconnected,mutual-ly verified information exchange,aiming to address risks at the source.Through the establishment of system dynamics model,the dynamic factors and their mechanism of accelerating system evolution were studied.The results show that there are three driving forces for system evolution,which are information benefit drive,value benefit drive and relationship benefit drive.Policy factors can accelerate the evolution of the system through internal driving mechanisms,and there is a significant time delay in the effec-tiveness of policy factors.The promotion effect of policies in a single field on system evolution is limited,requiring collaborative cooperation of policies in multiple fields.The effect of government supervision is significantly stronger than that of policy support.
