To further explore the impact of digital transformation on innovation performance of multinational enterprises(MNEs),this study investigated the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance of MNEs in emerging economies from the perspective of organizational learning,and combined with the data samples of Chinese listed MNEs from 2010 to 2019.The findings show that digital transformation can improve the innovation performance of MNEs.The ownership positively moderates the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance of MNEs.These findings not only reveal the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance,but also find unique contextual factors for digital transfor-mation to affect innovation performance.
