Decision-making and Optimization of Sharing Hub Location in the Cooperative Environment
Aiming at the problem of multi-carrier joint location and hub sharing decision-making and optimization, from the perspective of horizontal cooperation, with the goal of minimizing the total cost, the hub location model considering multi-al-location mode and capacity limitation was constructed in the case of sharing and non-sharing respectively, and the impact of en-terprise sharing decision-making on operation cost was analyzed. The results indicate that sharing hub networks can save costs under certain conditions compared to non-sharing hub networks, and the additional supplementary cost of sharing directly affects the collaborative decision-making of carriers and the optimization of hub location. Moreover, the random distribution is relative-ly insensitive to the additional supplementary cost factor. And it can be concluded that rational planning of initial hub location and appropriate adjustment of the supplementary cost factor help achieve cost control in hub networks. This study can provide a refer-ence for the formulation of hub location strategies and collaborative decision-making processes in logistics networks.
