摘要
随着数字经济在中国的蓬勃发展,数字创业面临着巨大的机遇和挑战,对于数字创业政策的有效评估有助于了解政策不足并推动区域数字创业进一步发展.基于此,利用文本分析方法对中国省级层面实施的数字创业政策进行了深入分析,在计算区域创业绩效水平的基础上探究不同类别省份的数字创业政策特征,利用PMC指数法分析区域数字创业政策的总体有效性及维度特征.该研究可为中国不同类型省份进一步优化政策布局提供参考.
Abstract
With the booming development of China′s digital economy,digital entrepreneurship is facing great opportunities and challenges,and effective evaluation of digital entrepreneurship policies can help to understand policy deficiencies and pro-mote the further development of regional digital entrepreneurship.Based on this,the text analysis method was used to analyze the digital entrepreneurship policies implemented at the provincial level in China.On the basis of calculating the level of regional en-trepreneurship performance,the characteristics of digital entrepreneurship policies in different provincial-level regions were ex-plored,and the PMC index method was used to analyze the overall effectiveness and dimension characteristics of regional digital entrepreneurship policies.The study can provide reference for further optimizing the policy layout of different types of provincial-level regions in China.
