The Impact of Coaching Leadership on Work Engagement:A Dual-Mediator Model
In order to cope with the challenges in the fast-paced working environment,based on the conservation of re-sources theory,a model of the influence of coaching leadership on work engagement from the individual psychological level was proposed,and the dual mediating role of psychological safety and self-efficacy was explored.A two-stage questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain 237 effective samples of supervisor-employees from 56 teams,and the hypothesis test was carried out by structural equation modeling,multiple regression analysis and Bootstrap method.The results showed that coaching leadership sig-nificantly promotes employees′work engagement,psychological safety and self-efficacy.Psychological safety and self-efficacy play a juxtaposed dual mediating role between coaching leadership and job engagement.
