社区公共卫生事件应急处置能力模型构建研究

摘要
为探索城市社区突发公共卫生事件应急处置能力影响因素,以结构功能主义为研究视角,使用扎根理论研究方法,借助质性分析软件Nvivo11 plus,从经济、政治、社会和文化4 个方面阐明理论分析框架,并深入进行探索性和验证性因子分析,对模型构建的科学性进行验证.结果表明:提出的结构功能主义视角下城市社区突发公共卫生事件应急处置能力理论分析框架具有较好的聚合性和区分性.研究拓展了城市社区应急管理理论,为提升社区应急处置能力提供了理论依据和实践方向.
Abstract
To explore the influencing factors of emergency response capabilities for public health emergencies in urban com-munities,using structural functionalism as the research perspective and grounded theory research methods and qualitative analysis software Nvivo11 plus,this study elucidated the theoretical analysis framework from four aspects:economy,politics,society,and culture,and conducted exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis in depth to verify the scientific nature of the model construc-tion.The results indicate that the proposed theoretical analysis framework for emergency response capabilities of urban community public health emergencies from the perspective of structural functionalism has good aggregation and differentiation.The research has expanded the theory of urban community emergency management,providing theoretical basis and practical direction for impro-ving community emergency response capabilities.
