多层电缆燃烧行为及火焰特性研究

为研究狭长地下空间内桥架电缆的火灾特性,开展不同桥架间距和点火位置的电缆燃烧实验,分析3 种桥架间距(0.2 m、0.3 m、0.4 m)与3 处点火位置(下层、中层、上层)对电缆燃烧特性的影响.结果表明:在相同点火位置,不同桥架间距的条件下,火焰前锋位置随时间呈现先增加后不变的趋势,其增长速率随桥架间距的增加而减小;随着桥架间距增大,平均电缆火焰蔓延速率逐渐降低;在相同桥架间距,不同点火位置条件下,上层电缆火蔓延速率稍快于下层;桥架电缆中滴落引燃邻层电缆要大于下层引燃上层电缆所需的时间;当中间层电缆被引燃时,电缆质量损失最先进入快速增长阶段,其次分别为上层和下层;当下层电缆被点燃时,对应的热释放速率峰值最大,可达928 kW,而中间及上层引燃后对应的热释放速率依次减小,分别为797 kW和713 kW.
Study on Combustion Behavior and Flame Characteristics of Multi-layer Cables
In order to study the fire characteristics of trays cables in narrow underground spaces,this work carried out cable combustion experiments with different trays spacing and ignition locations,and analyzed the effects of three trays spacing(0.2 m,0.3 m and0.4 m)and three ignition locations(lower,middle and upper)on cable combustion characteristics.Experiments show that the flame front position with time shows a trend of increasing first and then unchanged,while its growth rate can be found with the increase in trays spacing and decrease at the same ignition position and different trays spacing conditions;The av-erage cable flame spread rate gradually reduced with the increasing spacing;The upper layer to be slightly faster than the lower layer of cable fire spread rate at the same trays spacing and different ignition position conditions;When the middle layer of the ca-ble is ignited,the cable mass loss is the first to enter the rapid growth phase,followed by the upper and lower layers respectively;When the lower layer of the cable is ignited,its corresponding heat release rate peak is the largest,up to 928 kW.While the middle and upper layers of the corresponding heat release rate decreases in turn after ignition,and they are797 kWand713 kW,respectively.
