Research on the Influence of Bottom-line Mentality of Entrepreneurial Team Leaders on Proactive Behavior
In order to explore the mechanism of the negative impact of the bottom-line mentality of entrepreneurial team leaders, this study explored the mediating effect of role pressure on the relationship between the bottom-line mentality of leading entrepreneurs and the proactive behavior of employees, and the moderating effect of entrepreneurial team identity based on the job demand-resource model.Through two-stage field study,262 valid data from 59 entrepreneurial teams were obtained.Structur-al equation model and regression analysis were used to test the hypothesis and verify the model. The results show that the higher the entrepreneurial team identity level of team members, the greater the indirect effect of the lead entrepreneur's bottom line men-tality on the positive proactive behavior of members through role ambiguity, and the less significant the indirect effect on the nega-tive proactive behavior of team members through role conflict and role overload.
