An Integrity Evolutionary Game Analysis of the PPP Project Participants Based on System Dynamics
The integrity of participants in engineering projects has a significant impact on the promotion and standardized ap-plication of the PPP model. In order to study the evolution of integrity willingness among various participants in PPP projects,a game model for integrity evolution among participants in PPP projects was constructed, and system dynamics methods were used to simulate and predict the stability and trend range of integrity among each participant. The simulation results show that in the tri-partite game process, local governments play a leading role, and designing a reasonable dynamic punishment mechanism can re-duce social capital dishonesty behavior. At the same time, the supervision method should be optimized to encourage public partic-ipation in supervision.
